		Outback Outfitters Outback Outfitters is owned by Jon & Ken Wick. We have been in the business for 30 years. We have also served the industry in the following positions: President of Oregon Guides and Packers (4 years), Oregon’s Delegate to North American 0utfitters, President and Vice-President of Eastern Oregon Outfitters and Guides and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Outfitter Advisory Board. This commitment and experience combine to insure our guests the highest quality adventure. We provide the very best mountain horses and mules; great meals; and excellent guides. We own permits to operate hunts in 6 different units in Eastern Oregon. This allows us the variety that no other outfitter can offer. Some outfitters use the same camp each week, each season; which tends to push the animals into hard to reach areas. Our groups are strategically placed to offer the best hunting opportunities! We take great pride in our high success rates on our guided hunts. If you do your part and show up in the physical condition it may require to hike several miles each day and can accurately shoot your weapon from a variety of different positions, we’ll do our best to get you the opportunity to TAKE HOME A TROPHY! .
